Polices 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING?
Changes can be made to bookings up to a week prior to event. Whilst we can appreciate sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur and you cannot always give us appropriate notice, we cannot guarantee that last minute time changes etc can be accommodated as we're also working within a time frame.

OUR WORKING HOURS?
Please consider that between catering to your events, responding to queries and many more we have specific allocated times to respond to queries, please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response !

CAN I HIRE CHAFING DISHES, UTENSILS AND CATERING EQUIPMENT?
We can provide equipment etc, at an additional cost . please note that no changes/ refunds can be made for requested items up to 72 hours before the event. We understand that accidents happen, however if our equipment/ utensils supplied are broken/ damaged during or after an event, the client will be charged accordingly once the price has been determined.

WHERE ARE WE BASED ?
We cover all of London, Surrey and surrounding areas and all bookings are subject to a delivery/ collection charge which will be added to your booking 

SERVERS AND BUFFET DINNERS 
Please note unless specified and requested. Servers are not part of a buffet booking, this is not inclusive of the service and are subject to availability
